Box2D was referenced in index.html, but wasn't actually in libraries. I removed it as a dependency so it doesn't give 'net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND' for people who are unaware.
I fixed a spelling mistake in the comments.
Changed the indentation on all the files so they are more consistent.
