Add j178/prek as a pre-commit hook manager with: - Built-in hooks: trailing-whitespace, end-of-file-fixer, check-yaml, check-json, check-toml, check-merge-conflict, detect-private-key, check-added-large-files, no-commit-to-branch - Local hooks: eslint, prettier, tsc type-check, cargo fmt Also formats Tauri Rust code with cargo fmt and fixes trailing newlines in package.json and deploy-pages.yml.
