What\n- Shows the last successful events sync time in the dashboard header\n- Automatically updates on each successful poll\n- Indicates failed refreshes without blocking the UI\n\n## How\n- Track lastSuccessfulSyncAt / lastSyncFailureAt / lastSyncError in the events store\n- Mark sync success/failure from Event Explorer + Events pages polling and retries\n\n## Notes\n- Non-intrusive: the main error banner behavior stays the same for initial load failures
