…filter) Both umap.html (PaCMAP) and graph.html (sfdp) get a 'Filter points' panel below the plot with one checkbox per trait category (+count); unchecking hides those points. Adds a below-plot facet panel (one checkbox per trait category, with counts) that live-filters the plotted points on both the PaCMAP and sfdp pages.
