Closing this — TypeScript 7 can't be adopted yet.

TS 7 is the new native (Go) port, and it is not yet supported by typescript-eslint, which this repo's lint uses. The @typescript-eslint/* peer range caps typescript below 6.1.0, so CI fails both on dependency resolution and on lint:

Upstream tracking issue: typescript-eslint/typescript-eslint#10940

To stop this from being reopened until the ecosystem catches up, #82 adds a dependabot ignore rule for typescript major-version bumps. (Same treatment as DataDog/pprof-nodejs#374 → #380.)
