This is a clean lockfile-only bump of the indirect dependency http-cache-semantics to 4.1.1 (which includes the ReDoS fix), and it still merges cleanly with no conflicts despite its age. The only thing holding up an automatic merge is that no CI checks are reported on this branch, so a maintainer will verify the build/tests before merging. No changes needed on your end.

Reviewed by the node-srt community triage bot — low-risk dependency bump, but auto-merge requires green CI (none present), so handed to a human maintainer.
