FR-1.3.1 (connection stability updates), FR-2.3.1 (connection-change callbacks/streams), FR-5.1 (concurrent multi-peripheral connections), and the connection/disconnection logging bullet under FR-9.2 are all implemented and tested via BluetoothActor's connectionStateChanges stream and per-id connection tracking (PR #39, #41). FR-1.2 gets a note clarifying the reconnect-with-backoff half is done while the discovery re-run tie-in stays open pending FR-10.
