Fix raw PyTorch trace signature

Summary

• Fix PyTorch backend trace so it accepts offset, axis selection, dtype, and out arguments.
• Keep the PyRecEst batched-trace default over the last two axes.
• Add regression coverage for public and backend-module calls.

Testing

• Added tests/backend_support/test_pytorch_trace_contract.py.
• Compared branch against current main: 2 commits, 2 files changed.

Full repository tests were not run in this connector session; CI should run on the PR.
