PyTorch reshape contract

[FlorianPfaff]

Wrap the PyTorch backend reshape facade so list inputs and NumPy-style shape arguments work under PYRECEST_BACKEND=pytorch.

Adds tests/backend_support/test_pytorch_reshape_contract.py.
