Fix PyTorch FFT array-like inputs

Summary

• wrap PyTorch FFT helpers so they coerce array-like inputs before calling torch.fft
• cover fftn, rfft, irfft, fftshift, and ifftshift in the existing PyTorch FFT contract tests
