Fix CACG fit array-like sample inputs

Summary

• Coerce ComplexAngularCentralGaussianDistribution.estimate_parameter_matrix inputs before reading .shape.
• Add explicit validation for malformed/non-finite sample arrays.
• Add regression coverage for fit() with a plain Python list input.
