Torch2 is a simple application that toggles torch light using official Camera API 2. It requires Android Marshmallow or later.
The application contains a BroadcastReceiver that allows developers to toggle the torch from external apps or from the Android framework. The idea comes from the old CyanogenMod's Torch app used on Nexus devices.
