The Tumor IsomiR Encyclopedia (TIE) is a dynamic tool that allows researchers to query and compare isomiR expression across more than 11,000 adult and pediatric tumor samples from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and the Therapeutically Applicable Research to Generate Effective Treatment (TARGET) datasets.
