role focus roots

I design and run the backend that keeps freight moving at scale. I lead the backend and QA tracks at Uello, a logistics startup — from a fiscal-document pipeline holding a >99% generation SLA to the route-optimization core of the platform. Mechatronics and firmware roots; comfortable from the silicon to the distributed system.

What I'm responsible for

  • Reliability & SLOs — led a full refactor of the financial/fiscal flow to a document-generation SLA above 99%, with observability built in (NewRelic).
  • Route optimization — own the VRP system at the core of the product: infrastructure, service stability, and developer experience.
  • Platform & DevEx — internal tooling for deploy and observability; quality folded into CI/CD so teams ship fast without breaking production.
