Reviewer's Guide

This PR updates the testing_develop GitHub Actions workflow to set a specific Homebrew environment variable for the Coveralls step so that coverage reporting continues to work under Homebrew’s new tap trust rules on macOS runners.

File-Level Changes

Change Details Files
Configure the Coveralls GitHub Action step to bypass Homebrew tap-trust enforcement on macOS runners so coverage reporters installed from a third-party tap can run.
  • Added an env section to the Coveralls Parallel workflow step in the testing_develop GitHub Actions file.
  • Defined HOMEBREW_NO_REQUIRE_TAP_TRUST=1 with inline comments explaining the Homebrew tap-trust context.
  • Kept all other workflow configuration (uses, with, tokens, and parallel settings) unchanged.
