Remove unnecessary unicode character in breadcrumbs that causes unwanted spacing

I was just made aware of this PR and your changes.

This is not how we handle things. As soon as files from other components are affected, where you do not have code-authority, you must wait for approval by the respective authorities. In this case, I would be the authority.

Since this is already integrated, please elaborate:

• why you removed these characters? where does it lead to issues?
• is this related to a mantis issue?
• will these spaces be handled by CSS instead?
• did you already cherry-pick these changes to other releases already?

Hi @thibsy, I am sorry for the inconvenience.

We looked at this issue with Bettina and agreed in the solution. I will wait next time for confirmation/revision.

Mantis Ticket is 47652. The issue appears only in ILIAS 10.

The unicode character is not visible but originates innecessary spacing before the breadcrumbs arrows.
