A QGIS Project to analyse flood risk in Libya, Derna.
This project aims to visualize flood risk areas in a section of Derna, Libya, in the aftermath of the recent floods caused by storm Daniel. The primary objective is to create a 3D scene in QGIS that showcases flood-prone areas based on different elevation values. Please note that this project is focused on flood risk analysis and is not intended for post-event damage assessment.
