Ohh, sorry it didn't click for me for some reason that vulkan is probably obviously a type of project which follows more meeting/WG and etc type of workflow rather than usual git repos 😅

Yeah, it's a standards group, so all changes to the standard need to undergo some scrutiny and signoff by the group other than stuff like typos and build system changes. N.b. this is a typo but one that inverts the sense of the definition :-)
