Adds a reusable Telegram \sendChatAction\ REST API method and a matching \Send typing\ bot trigger to the default import template.\n\nThis lets installations wire LiveHelperChat typing meta messages to Telegram typing status through the Generic Bot REST API configuration, without custom code.\n\nThe activator now updates the imported REST API id for every REST API action in the imported bot template, so both the existing \Send\ trigger and the new \Send typing\ trigger point to the freshly created TelegramIntegration REST API record.
