Rename the Unreleased section to 2.0.0, add the missing entries for the community files (Locastic#79), the edge-case and kernel tests (Locastic#80) and the misconfigured-PUT guard (Locastic#81), and add Keep a Changelog compare links.

Problem
Master is ready for the v2.0.0 tag but the CHANGELOG still lists everything under Unreleased, misses entries for #79 and #80, and has no compare links.
