Add a 'Hosted MCP' entry to the deployment section of TOC.yml after Azure Kubernetes Service, linking to the cross-repo hosted MCP quickstart (SQL pivot) using a site-relative href. Add a matching 'Hosted MCP in Connector Namespace' section to the deployment landing page (index.yml) with a how-to-guide link to the quickstart and reference links to the Connector Namespace overview and hosted MCP servers docs.
