Standardizes the repository's public presentation around a proof-first product contract: portfolio role, maturity, engineering baseline, proved capabilities, authority ceiling, clean demonstration, and known limit.

Local checks: GitHub-flavored Markdown render, relative-link validation, diff check, and public-source readiness passed with zero blockers. The broader production validator correctly remains blocked/rejected without local Unreal, DCC, capture, and calibration evidence.
