What changed
Reverts only the DumbMoney publication that was mistakenly merged into this existing repository.
Why
DumbMoney belongs in one separate private monorepo. The existing project repository must retain its original public source tree.
Verification
After this restoration merges, the repository will be returned to public visibility.
