What changed
Adds the Waterboy sports forecasting export contract and integrates deterministic sports evidence into the DumbMoney research fabric.
Why
DumbMoney needs each existing engine to operate as one cohesive private-local, evidence-bearing multi-agent fund while preserving venue sovereignty and explicit authority boundaries.
Impact
This publishes the data-independent implementation into the private ObtuseAI repository. It does not install Windows services, import broker credentials, authorize live orders, or claim profitability. Those remain deployment and attended-evidence gates.
