Why

This public mirror of CodeZero keeps being treated as a place to build, which then drifts from both its upstream and the platform monorepo.

What

Adds a read-first MONOREPO MIGRATION banner to the top of CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md:

  • Clarifies this is the public mirror / build output of private CodeZero, not a development target.
  • Directs all new work to platform/mcps/code (@opzero/code) plus shared packages/{transport,channel,hub-client,ui}.
  • Points at platform/context/migration-status.md.

Docs only — no code changes.

This public mirror kept being treated as a place to build. Add a read-first
banner to CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md directing new work to platform/mcps/code
and pointing at platform/context/migration-status.md.

Mirror the CodeZero roadmap fix: add a read-first migration note and reframe
the description as historical/architectural context so repo docs no longer
point agents back to a standalone repo.
