The Open Graph card was a static promo card from the redesign that no longer matched the live hero. Replace og.png with a 1200x630 capture of the full current hero (headline, lede, action buttons, and the live agent console; nav and cookie banner hidden) and bump the og:image/twitter:image URL to ?v=2 so social crawlers (Discord, Slack, Twitter) re-fetch instead of serving the cached old card.
