Integrate RS50 OLED dashboard alpha

What changed

• integrates only the validated RS50 OLED product surface while keeping physical research evidence on the research branch
• adds the daily-use 0.3.0-alpha runtime with explicit GUI Start/Stop, OLED and iRacing status, and bounded automatic reconnect
• selects built-in, category, or exact-CarID profiles and persists user settings locally
• makes LAST LAP duration configurable and retains all confirmed layouts A-J
• packages onboarding, SBOM, hashes, and an idempotent Windows artifact workflow

Why

The research PR mixed experimental evidence with production code. This branch gives main a clean, maintainable product tree and turns the validated continuous-driving path into a normal application workflow.

User impact

Users can open the configurator, select Start dashboard, and drive without engineering arming strings. The app waits for missing hardware or telemetry, reports car/category state, and reconnects after RS50 sleep or disconnection. Logitech PRO remains unverified.
