…at /uk/nics-exemption-inactive-employees Register the dashboard (https://nics-exemption-inactive-employees.vercel.app) as a featured UK interactive in apps.json with its cover image, add the multizone zone route, and exempt it from the app-zone shell brand check since it is embedded under the policyengine.org shell — following the young-worker-nics pattern (#1107/#1108).
