@MaxGhenis per your review: the external benchmarks (OLS $51.9M FY2027 / Treasury $50.0M, both within 10% of PolicyEngine's estimate) have moved off the overview page to a footnote under the Statewide impact tab's budgetary section, with links to the OLS fiscal estimate and the Treasury tax expenditure report.
