- **ui-kit 0.9.x resets large text utilities.** The `theme.css` file in ui-kit 0.9+ resets `--text-*` CSS variables to `initial`, which drops Tailwind's default text size utilities above `text-4xl`. This specifically affects slides repositories that use `text-5xl` through `text-9xl` for presentation headings. The fix is to re-add these utilities in your local `globals.css` `@theme` block:

This restores `text-5xl` (48px), `text-6xl` (60px), `text-7xl` (72px), `text-8xl` (96px), and `text-9xl` (128px) for use in slide titles and hero text. Regular web apps typically don't need sizes above `text-4xl`.
