Superseded by #197 (fast-uri is now ABSENT from the tree), merged c2db63a. Verified against the merged lockfile, not the title: fast-uri no longer appears in tools/visual-chromatic/package-lock.json at all, because #197 dropped the legacy fork-ts-checker-webpack-plugin chain that pulled it (tree 343 -> 113 packages). GHSA-4c8g-83qw-93j6 and GHSA-v2hh-gcrm-f6hx are retired by removal rather than by the 4.0.0 -> 4.1.1 bump.
