Superseded by #197 (postcss 8.5.23, via bounded floor >=8.5.18 <9), merged c2db63a. Verified against the merged lockfile, not the title: node_modules/postcss on main is 8.5.23 -- the same version this PR proposed -- so GHSA-r28c-9q8g-f849 is closed. A bounded floor was used rather than an exact pin so dependabot stays able to propose future 8.x patches.
