Bumps the axum-rest-api example's dev-dependency axum-test 20 → 21 (rust-version 1.88, within MSRV 1.96). All 11 integration tests of the example pass; full workspace suite green.
Remaining held-back packages are external constraints, not actionable here: axum pins matchit =0.8.4; crypto-common 0.1.7 pins generic-array =0.14.7 conflicting with the newer tree; reqwest 0.12 dev-dep is intentional for teloxide-core compatibility.
