Bump revengai SDK to 3.113.0 (canonical-names endpoint)
Sync canonicalizes invalid remote names, pushes them back
Sync dedupes duplicate names with numeric suffix, pushes back
Push local types when remote types absent
Push local types when remote types fail applying
Detect type-apply failures via parse validation
Report canonicalized/deduped/pushed counts in completion dialog
Inject rename + variable-sync services into sync service
Add unit + idalib tests for push-back
