UCVMC_17_1
This is the first UCVMC github release. This replaces the UCVM v15.10 SCEC distribution, and the github UCVMC v16.12 tagged release. UCVMC v17.1.0 supports a reduced number of CVMs, includes a modified installation script process, a distribution with source code in github repository and binary files at USC, migration to github issue tracking system. A full installation of UCVMC v17.1.0 provides five standard California 3d seismic velocity models (CVM-S4, CVM-S4.26, CVM-S4.26.M01, CVM-H.15.1, Cencal) and two 1D models (1D, and BBP1D). UCVMC provides tiling of models, plotting tools, and meshing tools.
UCVMC_16_12
This is a git repo version of UCVM v15.10. There are a set of offline large files. If the user can retreieve those, onto a Linux server with gcc, gfortran, automake tools, this version will build and run. Not all features described in v15.10 are supported. This codebase contains information about previously registered CVM (including Lin-Thurber and Magistrale Wasatch) that are not supported in any future UCVMC releases.
