Only clients with versions above 0.1.5 will be able to receive PoW (attachToTangle) requests. Previous versions will timeout if your IRI is slow on PoW (+120 seconds). This release removes the timeout to allow the IRI do it's work. The server will only pass PoW to +v0.1.5 clients.
