Registered users can view, post links, comment on posts, and vote on articles and posts.
Un-registered users can only view content and comments.
-No registration/login is required to view articles and posts. -To submit an article/post, register under the register tab.
##CI/CD App is hosted on heroku with auto deploys from GitHub using the Procfile.
