Align autorelease workflow with cellify

Summary

• make VisualizePhonon autorelease workflow match the cellify implementation pattern
• read the release version from src/VisualizePhonon/init.py instead of pyproject.toml
• align version with the existing v0.0.2 tag so ordinary merges skip release/publish

Validation

• extracted workflow version locally: 0.0.2
• pre-commit run --show-diff-on-failure --files .github/workflows/autorelease.yml src/VisualizePhonon/init.py AGENTS.md
• python -m pytest
