Use canonical Alfa spelling in examples
For active team-name cleanup, this line still introduces Alpha, but the current team naming source (dev/build/ProjectInstructions/team_assignments/team_ownership.md) lists the canonical set as Owner/Alfa/Bravo/Charlie/Delta/Golf and explicitly says to use the Alfa spelling. When future reports copy this naming-contract summary, they can keep generating non-canonical Alpha labels instead of the approved Alfa name.

Avoid giving Golf standing System Health ownership
For this Admin System Health context, current governance assigns System Health to Charlie (dev/build/ProjectInstructions/team_assignments/team_ownership.md:36 and :42-47) and says Golf has no standing backlog area, with Golf work touching other lanes requiring an OWNER cross-team decision (:106-108). This rewritten checklist now says the diagnostics/admin foundation work is verified as Golf-owned, so future routing copied from this report can bypass the required Charlie/OWNER ownership decision.

Keep TextToSpeechEngine ownership out of Bravo
For follow-up work that touches src/engine/audio/TextToSpeechEngine.js, this ownership statement now assigns that engine integration to Bravo even though current governance gives Bravo Audio/TTS tool areas but assigns Engine, Runtime, Shared JS, and runtime coverage to Delta (dev/build/ProjectInstructions/team_assignments/team_ownership.md:18-26 and :70-80). Future routing copied from this report can send engine-file changes to the wrong team instead of requiring the Delta/cross-team ownership decision.
