This PR addresses the user's request to formalize the documentation corpus into an Architectural Manifest and lock in the foundational pillars of Phase 1 in the Prime Invariant (A0) document.

Upon inspection, architecture/manifest.mdx already correctly acts as the Architectural Manifest, comprehensively mapping the core artifacts to their structural phases. Additionally, architecture/prime-invariant-a0.mdx already contains the explicit declarative language ("We hereby formally lock in...") for all the requested Phase 1 concepts: Process Science, Computational Masonry, Axioms P0/P1, Structural Enforceability over Behavioral Alignment, and Mungu Theory.

As per the operational guidelines, I verified the content using read-only tools and a broken-link check and proceeded without making redundant or superficial edits to files that were already correct.

Verified that `architecture/manifest.mdx` correctly functions as the Architectural Manifest and maps artifacts up to the institutional layer.
Verified that `architecture/prime-invariant-a0.mdx` already explicitly locks in the core concepts requested for Phase 1: Process Science, Computational Masonry, Axiom P1 (Admissibility) and P0 (Equivalence), Structural Enforceability, and Mungu Theory. No redundant edits were forced as the definitions were structurally sound and complete.
