The user requested that we formalize the TrueAlphaSpiral documentation by drafting an Architectural Manifest mapping files to structural anatomy and drafting a Phase 1 "Prime Invariant Document" (A0) that locked in definitions for Process Science, Computational Masonry, Axiom P1 and P0, and Mungu Theory.

Upon exploring the codebase, I verified that these exact documents (architecture/manifest.mdx and architecture/prime-invariant-a0.mdx) already exist and contain the precise declarative language requested by the user, explicitly locking in all of these concepts in the correct context.

Since all requested content is completely and accurately present, no redundant modifications were made to the files. I ran documentation tests to ensure the existing state was valid and completed pre-commit steps.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 13794125502626452939 started by @TrueAlpha-spiral

Verified the existing architectural documentation for TrueAlphaSpiral.
Confirmed that the requested Phase 1 'Prime Invariant' concepts
(Process Science, Computational Masonry, Mungu Theory, Admissibility,
and Equivalence) are already accurately defined and locked in
architecture/prime-invariant-a0.mdx and mapped in architecture/manifest.mdx.
No edits were needed.
