I reviewed the changes:

The restructuring looks great, very excited about it!
I made some very small comments on the code, its about small cleanups and a couple of questions.
I deleted the lab data and reimported, checked the lab pages & run unit tests. Everything seems to work smoothly! I was wondering if we want to remove laboratory seeder, which populates ckan.
