Alpha 0.3.14: A Steadier Frontier

Scope

This consolidates the playable Alpha 0.3.14 frontend and authority work from #80, #82, and #84 through #91 into one reviewable change set. It preserves the existing README structure and does not alter the GitHub profile.

Intentionally excluded: the README rollback in #81, the obsolete roadmap in #83, and the unused proof helper proposed in #88.

Safety boundaries

• Worker schema and tooling remain staged and unpublished. No production schema, seed, backfill, or data mutation is included.
• The auth bridge changes require a second independent production RPC origin before any manual bridge deployment. This PR does not deploy or rotate auth secrets.
• Frontend failures remain contained; the current Realm stays usable when optional worker or renderer surfaces are unavailable.
• Manual and WebGL QA Vite servers are loopback-only and share a fail-closed local filesystem boundary.

Verification

• Root check: 206 test files, 1,875 tests, typecheck, production build, asset, license, and size validation
• Auth bridge: 179 unit tests, 4 workerd tests, both typechecks
• SpacetimeDB: 217 pure tests, typecheck, module build, generated-binding and additive-migration verification
• Package audits: zero known vulnerabilities; 190 registry signatures and 61 attestations verified
• Reachable Git history, local worktree, auth configuration, workflows, and private local boundaries checked for secret exposure

Player-facing result

A steadier map, selectable water and river cells, more natural lowlands, clearer compact worker controls, safer renderer recovery, and a better foundation for the first persistent gameplay loop.
