I develop computational methods and scientific software for understanding complex biological systems, with applications ranging from protein structural dynamics to neural information processing.
Currently: Postdoctoral researcher at the University of Gothenburg, contributing to the Wallenberg-funded project Imaging Brains: Complex Information Flow, where I develop computatonal models of neural information processing in C. elegans.
Previously: PhD in Biophysics, developing statistical and computational tools for analysing time-resolved serial X-ray crystallography data and protein structural dynamics (PhD thesis).
