MRtrix_Analysis_Scripts

These scripts are for analyzing diffusion data with MRtrix (www.mrtrix.org)

The MRtrix_preproc functions require the raw diffusion image, fieldmap, bvec and bval files for the diffusion and fieldmap images, and an anatomical image.

QC_mrview.sh should be run after updated_MRtrix_Preproc.sh for quality checks
