The publish-to-dockerhub.sh script no longer builds images locally. It now copies prebuilt images from GHCR to Docker Hub with crane, so the previous warning about not running the script on Apple Silicon machines is stale.
This removes the outdated parenthetical from the DockerHub publishing instructions.
