Add the annotated recording (per-camera boxes coloured by stable identity, green/red seen/blind borders, station A -> B handoff) near the top, with the one-command reproduce. Renders from scripts/record_multiview.py.

Adds the annotated recording gif (per-camera boxes coloured by stable identity, green/red seen/blind border, station A -> B handoff) near the top of the README with the one-command reproduce. Sim-only asset; the rt-sourced metrics panel is intentionally left out of the public README.
