TAD3 provides direct registration infrastructure that operates outside legacy financial intermediaries while preserving the controls required for regulated securities. The system separates issuer, transfer-agent, distribution, and investor functions; records ownership directly on the network; and supports compliant issuance, transfers, trading, restrictions, and corporate actions.
These docs describe the TAD3 architecture, its Stellar accounts and assets, operational workflows, compliance controls, and deployment procedures. They are intended for transfer agents, issuers, developers, regulators, and contributors building interoperable securities infrastructure.
TAD3 is a working implementation, not a finished standard. Contributions, competing implementations, technical criticism, and operational experience are welcome. Our goal is to develop infrastructure that any qualified transfer agent can operate without depending on BlockTransfer or another centralized platform.
