Includes required upgrade to java 17 Use jakarta.validation-api rather than hibernate-validator hibernate was not really used. Only its transitive dependency to the validation api was used as of 6.0, in favor of custom exception messages with selective inclusion of cause messages See ExceptionHandlerTest and SimpleDynamoDBCrudRepositoryTest
due to breaking changes and to match spring version
