Pull request overview
This PR updates the GitHub Actions kernel-module build matrix to remove older CentOS/Rocky kernel sources and keep a smaller set of Rocky Linux kernel RPM sources for CI validation.
Changes:
- Replaced CentOS 8.4/8.5 kernel RPM builds with a Rocky 8.10 kernel RPM build.
- Dropped several Rocky 9.x/10.x kernel entries and kept a reduced set (9.6, 9.8, 10.2).
- Updated the pinned Rocky kernel SRPM URLs accordingly.
